We understand that every client has differing requirements. We work to meet various budgets and styles whilst delivering a design which meets all your requirements within a specified time frame.
The Brief
The key to a successful design is a detailed brief. It is important for us to gain a deep understanding of the clients requirements, who the target market, site location and demographic are along with the competitors. Style of scheme, preferred colour palette and the budget are all things taken into account to ensure we meet your needs. At this stage we will request detailed drawings and plans to ensure our choices are scaled in appropriately.
The Design Process
Upon taking the brief we will then work to create a choice of mood boards carefully created to meet your brief. Once chosen your design will be created taking all the information provided into account. We will work creatively to ensure your design will meet your requirements whilst also being inspiring to potential home buyers.
Presentation
We will meet with the client in person to present our design, talk you through room by room every aspect of the design. Provide a furniture layout plan along with samples of soft furnishings.
Project Management
Once we have written acceptance we will work closely with the site management team to ensure that our timelines are on par and making certain that the wallcoverings and fixed lighting are on site in time for the trades to complete prior to our arrival.
Installation
We will fit out the show home/s on the pre-agreed dates and make certain that it is finished to the highest standard. Our installation team are health and safety focused, fully insured with CSCS cards.
Handover
We will arrange to meet you at the site to personally handover to ensure you are happy with our work.
